@VariantenGra Interessant die Schreibweise „Spaetzle”, obwohl das ä direkt darüber verwendet wird. Aber vielleicht handelt es sich dabei gar nicht um ein ä, ausgesprochen als [ε], sondern um ein a mit Trema, also um einen Hiatus anzuzeigen (wie in Citroën).

Choucroute, Bäeckoffa, Kugelhopf. Es gibt so viele Spezialitäten im Elsass - kulinarische und sprachliche. Was bedeutet z.B. Fleischnaka? Und müsste man das nicht mit zwei <sch< schreiben (Fleischschnecken)? Wie auch immer, hier das Rezept dazu: becht.fr/recipe/fleisch…

RegionalBahn, BahnCard, UniSpital - Diese BinnenGroßschreibungen kennt man. Dazu hier eine interessante Variante: c ist nicht nur großgeschrieben (= mit Großbuchstabe), sondern auch groß geschrieben (= überdimensioniert). Und noch etwas: Das i am Wortanfang ist kleingeschrieben.

Man liest einen Artikel in der österreichischen Kronen Zeitung und fragt sich, was das Wort „detto“ bedeuten mag. Ist das ein Austriazismus? Auf Duden Online steht dazu: „bayrisch, österreichisch, sonst selten“. Und was bedeutet detto? Ganz einfach: dito (= auch, desgleichen).

Da fragt man sich bei der Lektüre: Müsste es nicht 'molk sie 15 Kühe' heißen? Doch das ist nicht der Fall: melken ist wie backen ein Verb, das zwei Varianten zulässt, melkte/molk und backen/buk. Doch warum ist es bei anderen Verben nicht so, z.B. singte/sang oder liegte/lag?
