The first 3 seasons of The Boys was incredible television and the last 2 have been so bad it’s ruined the entire show. Disappointing, because I thought the first 3 episodes of this season were really good.

The FA pool is very poor this year. I feel like, in order to upgrade this roster, Edm will need to make a trade. Here is a list of players I'd look to potentially acquire.

@germantzky Kucherov has more cups. McDavid has more points and 3 times as many Hart trophies even with less games played. Idk man I would say McDavid wins the eye test over just about any player in NHL history; just my opinion. But yeah man this list has the right guys just different order

@PuckBunkerBoyce @Hockeytalky777 @ScoutRocco i’m not saying he was bad at those tournaments, i just don’t think they really moved the needle for me. the recent canada blue lines weren’t insanely stacked, and at the wjc he wasn’t playing a huge role anyway. nothing there really screamed future top 10 pick to me.

i don’t know if this is a hot take, but i don’t think verhoeff is a top 10 player in the class.
the shot/size combo is obviously intriguing, but the puck management + transition concerns are too big for me to have him in that range right now.

I have never been as high on Keaton Verhoeff as most, but I do see the offensive upside. He has one of the best shots in this draft, and is capable of finding any shooting lane available, hes a project but my player comparable for him is Noah Dobson. #NHL #NHLDraft #NHLDraft2026
