Vegas has been on a death spiral for years. I lived there years ago and it was already sliding. China and Indian casinos provide alternatives and the shows are ridiculously expensive. Even then they knew it was coming hence the sphere, raiders, golden knights, etc. Disney wanted to build a park but land speculators got wind and drove the costs up for Disney so they bailed. Political corruption doesn’t help either.
