My daughter was recently diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism, little over two weeks after giving birth, yesterday she felt unwell and was advised to go to the hospital, where she has now sat for 14 hours waiting.

@StenaLine do you not have a standby lane at Cairnryan? I had turned up in time for the 3:30 sailing knowing that my sailing wasn’t until 7:30 but hoping there would be a stand by Lane. I had thought if there was a cancellation or didn’t show up I might get that space but nope

@easyJet I fly a short flight from Belfast to Glasgow weekly, up to know with little issues. However this has changed, I used to go to the help desk at the airport to change a flight with little problems, then that was changed to having to phone customer service to change flight

with no notice, and now it must be with at least two hours notice… why pay for #easyjetplus as there are fewer and fewer benefits… lastly the phone number your staff have posted and point passengers to is incorrect
