Using Intent Data to send physical direct mail to someone's house sounds too good to be true. But it's real and it's inside your untitled account rn here's what we just dropped 📬 > you pick an audience of people actively researching topics related to your product. Not lookalikes, not modeled garbage, real contextual intent signals from across 300K publisher sites > define your audience with filters like geographic regions, audience size limits, and demographics like age, income levels and more > then you hit "activate" and a personalized postcard gets sent straight to their mailbox via USPS in 24–48 hours. No CSV uploads. no list pulls. no "let me loop in our mail vendor" energy. Automated direct mail with better data. Direct mail response rates sit around 4.4%. Cold outbound email? 0.6% response rate.

It's official: @PublicisGroupe just paid $2.2B for @LiveRamp In other words: they spent billions on plumbing. Not a social platform. Not a creative network. Not a generative AI startup. Infrastructure. Our CEO @aaron_peabody's latest piece reframes the deal as something most of the coverage is straight-up missing: the quiet consolidation of the internet's identity layer into a strategic control point. the tl;dr: → Every meaningful workflow in modern advertising (MMM, audience activation, attribution, clean rooms, cross-platform orchestration, AI optimization) now runs on persistent identity continuity moving between fragmented systems. → LiveRamp didn't win on visibility. It won on dependency. Agencies built around it. Publishers monetized through it. DSPs, CDPs, and clean rooms just assumed it would be there. → AI doesn't reduce the importance of identity infrastructure. It cranks it up. Autonomous systems need persistent behavioral memory to function, and Publicis just bought positioning in that future coordination layer. The question every agency and performance team should be asking: how much of your audience activation, identity resolution, and attribution stack now runs through infrastructure owned by your biggest competitor? Independent identity infrastructure isn't a nice-to-have anymore. It's the only way to actually own your data, your audiences, and your attribution. This is the entire reason we built Untitled. 95% of your site visitors leave without giving you their email. You paid to acquire them. Your popup caught 3%. The other 97% are the actual revenue leak. intent data used to be a b2b sales conversation. Now it's the input layer for every AI-driven ad system you're running. Meta Advantage+, Google AI-Max, and the wave of agent-based buying tools coming behind them all do the same thing: they make targeting decisions for you, which means the signal you feed them is doing more of the work than your bid strategy ever will. For consumer brands and the performance agencies running their media, that shift matters. The vendor you pick, the type of intent they collect, and how it activates into Meta and Google is a creative-and-targeting decision now, not a procurement one. So we put together a complete reference guide. The 4 types of intent data, how the mechanics actually work, the 5 ways teams use it, a buyer's checklist for evaluating providers, and a full glossary. Untitled is a contextual intent data provider. 36k+ topics, person-level resolution, pushed straight into the channels you already buy in. But the guide is built to help you evaluate any provider, not just us. check it out 👉 getuntitled.ai/intent-data/

Today, performance marketing teams are spending an absurd amount of time building and testing audience segments, trying to find the people who will actually convert into paying customers. This is happening across every major marketing channel: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and more. Untitled solves this problem by bringing intent data to life in a way that paid media teams can actually use. For a long time, intent data has existed, but almost exclusively for sales teams. This data type has never really existed in the context of paid media. Until now. Untitled’s intent data is generated from over 300,000 publisher websites. A publisher, in this context, is any website that serves ads (think CNN, ESPN, Food Network, and thousands more like them). Here’s how it works: → When an ad is served on one of these sites, Untitled identifies the ad impression and simultaneously sends a crawler to index the copy on that page’s landing content, not the ad itself, but the actual content the user was reading. → Using a large language model (LLM), we then bucket these readers into topics and keywords that you can search through inside the platform. → Behind each topic sits a real audience, one you can push directly into all of your paid channels with the click of a button. With this approach, performance marketing teams can streamline audience management across all channels and test against segments made up of real human beings. No bots. The result: a 37% reduction in cost per acquisition and a 6x to 8x improvement in return on ad spend in some cases. Untitled is best-in-class when it comes to generating audiences that actually convert. In a world being dominated by AI and agentic AI workflows, if you don’t have your audiences dialed in, your workflows might save you time, but ultimately, they’re just wasting your money. We find you the relevant people so you can focus on storytelling, value selling, and optimizing your sales pipeline.

We've been cooking with Claude Design since launch, and our DSP front-end has never moved faster 🔥 The comments-in-design-files feature from our shared Teams account is one of the best collab unlocks we've had. ideation → clickable demo before every Thursday product meeting. That's the workflow now. Is it perfect? No. Our design system is still a work in progress. But we don't need perfection, we need full feature functionality before handoff to backend, and Claude Design delivers that. Here's a quick look at what we're building in the Untitled DSP + a peek at our component library 👇

You’re not wrong to expect margins to improve as your performance marketing agency grows. Growth should fix your margins. It doesn't. Why? More clients = more headcount, more tools, more chaos, same (or worse) margins. The math just doesn't math. Here's how we actually fix it: 1. Use Untitled as a SaaS layer on top of your services (agency pricing that won't eat your margins) 2. White-label the whole platform under your brand, including: → one identity-resolution layer that ties every client channel together → visitor ID that deanons your traffic. No more "who clicked this??" → buyer intent data and audiences across 36,000+ topics and interests → a self-serve DSP with programmatic CPMs 50–60% below what you're paying rn → direct mail retargeting based on actual intent signals (not your grandma's batch-and-blast lists) → matchback attribution so you can finally prove ROI without the guesswork The result: stop trading time for money. start building recurring revenue that scales with your clients. 100+ agency partners and counting, and most found us through other agency owners. We'll get you to 5+ paying clients within 30 days of signing. Your agency doesn't have to stay stuck in the more clients → more people → flat margins era. Learn more 👉 getuntitled.ai/for-agencies/

Most brands use streaming TV for "awareness" This brand used it to generate 5.5X ROAS on their first CTV campaign ever > 5.5X ROAS > 39% increase in YoY sales > 9% lift in average order value > 334 net-new customers in one quarter The difference? They didn't run broad, spray-and-pray CTV targeting They used contextual intent data: real buyer intent signals from people actively researching their product category right now Not meta interest buckets. not stale lookalikes. actual in-market behavior across 600K+ websites The playbook: → layer intent data on top of CTV campaigns → re-engage lapsed buyers with identity resolution → build lookalikes off your highest-value customers → stop guessing and let the data do the targeting This works for brands running their own media and agencies managing hundreds of accounts If you want the full case study and the playbook, reply "Intent" and we'll send it over 👇

We built a complete Meta Ads funnel playbook that brings in profitable conversions (100+ last month) for consumer brands or the performance teams that serve them (and we're giving you the entire system) Most people think designing creatives and adding Advantage+ to your Meta Campaigns are enough... Yeah it’s not. You need a full conversion system that takes someone from seeing your ad to becoming a paying customer We've mapped out the exact 5-step funnel that turns Meta Ads into revenue, profitably: → Leverage Intent Data: use intent data assets for custom audiences in Meta → Identity Resolution: identify the users who click in and reveal emails → Audience Development: deploy intent and bottom funnel audiences to Meta → Ad Set Development: test test test all of your intent custom audiences → Retargeting: nurture those that don't convert across every channel We've packaged everything into a complete guide with walkthroughs for each step. Want the full Meta Ads campaign funnel and breakdown? Follow us Comment "FUNNEL" We'll send it directly to your DMs.

Sequoia Capital predicts AI agents to transform the $1 trillion services market and it's validating what we've been saying at Untitled for a while now. @sequoia just dropped "Services is the New Software" and the thesis is pretty simple. AI completely flips the economics of service businesses. > Old model needed a ton of people which meant razor thin margins and garbage multiples > Now one person can do the work of like seven, margins go from 40% to 75%, and PE firms are suddenly looking at these businesses like they're tech companies. > Wild We literally posted about this same shift a few weeks ago. Looking at who we serve, performance marketing agencies winning right now aren't just slapping AI onto the old playbook. They're blowing up the playbook entirely. And here's the part that's not getting enough airtime: It's not just about cutting headcount and pocketing the margin. That's the obvious move. The real unlock is the infrastructure play. 1. When you sell hours you're a vendor. 2. When you own the data and the outcomes you're a partner. 3. Partners don't get fired. Vendors do. The agencies we work with at Untitled are already making this shift. They're productizing their services, building recurring revenue, and owning the full funnel from intent data all the way through conversion. Completely different animal than a traditional media buying shop. Sequoia is pointing at the opportunity. We've been helping agencies step into it every single day.

who needs this yesterday: 🛒 eCommerce brands: target in-market shoppers in specific zip codes before they ever hit your site. top of funnel just got physical 🏢 B2B SaaS GTM teams: search for your competitor name, or topics related to your product (like I just did in the video). A well-timed mailer cuts through the noise in ways another nurture email never will. 🏷️ Performance Marketing Agencies: untitled can be fully white-labeled. offer identity resolution + direct mail retargeting under your brand. we won't tell.
