@sainsburys @sainsburys I have just spoken with @nectar and have been told to wait 28 days before raising this. Please can you clarify if the process has changed for bonus points. Is there now a 28 day delay?

@sainsburys Hi, I did and they told me that Sainsbury's have told them bonus points now take 28 days. I've not had any bonus points allocated to my account for weeks.

@nectar @sainsburys What's the latest outlook for the missing bonus points issue. I've promised they'll be added, but no activity or update on this.

@nectar Looks like I've only been waiting as long as 21 days. Is there now a mandatory 28 day delay in bonus points being awarded? It's almost impossible to keep track what I should be expecting for a shop 4 weeks in the past.

@getnextid Hi, Richard. Sainsbury's have got back to us confirming all bonus points will be backdated and applied within 28 days of your transactions. Please do let us know if you don't receive those 28 days after your transaction date. Rob
