Onyx is the liquidity layer for PoW AI networks. Swap, provide liquidity, bridge across chains, and trade derivatives across @gonka_ai, @ambient_xyz, and beyond. Early access to PoW tokens is usually painful because of fragmented venues, trust-based OTC, thin liquidity, and no clean way to hedge. Traders can't size safely, miners can't manage risk, and price discovery stays messy. Onyx fixes this from Day 1 on every network we support: Spot AMM: swap onchain, permissionlessly Perps: hedge or take leveraged views (coming soon) Bridging: move liquidity across PoW AI chains and major networks (Ethereum, Arbitrum, and more). The team behind Onyx has been deep in PoW AI since Day 1. We combine crypto trading and market-making, PoW mining and token market intuition, fast DeFi execution, and AI/ML engineering (CUDA, inference optimization). Milestone announcement: We are partnering with @GrandCroixAI to launch the first native DEX for the Ambient ecosystem. This will be a full DeFi stack built specifically for the people in this network: an optimized AMM for a native cross-chain bridge live at launch (no third-party bridge, no workarounds) and an LP dashboard designed for retail. Ambient was always going to need a financial layer commensurate with what's being built at the infrastructure level. This is that layer. GrandCroix is also seeding day-one liquidity from their own mining treasury. They have been in the network, earning and they are putting it to work. -Q3 will bring limit orders and a programmatic trading API. -Q4 will brings community governance with onchain voting for fee parameters and new pair listings. ONYX BRIDGE MIGRATION Due to the upcoming permanent shutdown of Neutron (the IBC middleware layer used in our Ethereum → Axelar → Neutron → Gonka bridge route), Onyx is undergoing an infrastructure migration. Effective immediately: - Trading on Onyx is paused across all trading pairs - The EVM → Gonka bridge direction is also paused Trading and the bridge will be restored once the migration is complete. 🚨 If you hold USDT or USDC on Gonka that were bridged via Neutron, you MUST DO THIS NOW: 1) Go to getonyx.xyz/bridge 2) Select "Withdraw from Gonka" and choose the relevant token pair 3) Initiate a withdrawal to EVM All protocol bridge fees to EVM are waived during this period for your convenience. The deadline is 7 days from this announcement. After that, we cannot guarantee the EVM bridge will remain functional for IBC tokens originally routed through Neutron. We are working urgently to migrate the bridge and will restore all services as quickly as possible. Updates to follow.

OpenAI Flags Microsoft and TSMC Risks in Pre-IPO Document According to a newly leaked investor document, OpenAI is actively circulating what appears to be a pre-IPO prospectus. In the filing, the AI giant is surprisingly candid about its massive infrastructure vulnerabilities, specifically highlighting its heavy reliance on Microsoft and TSMC as critical business risks. OpenAI explicitly warns investors that its deep entanglement with Microsoft is a major vulnerability. Microsoft is not only OpenAI's primary financial backer (having invested roughly $13 billion) but also its exclusive cloud provider. If Azure hits capacity constraints or the commercial partnership sours, OpenAI's operational scaling could hit a brick wall. The company also listed Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) as a critical risk factor. Because TSMC manufactures the advanced Nvidia GPUs that power global AI workloads, any geopolitical tensions (such as a regional conflict involving Taiwan) or supply chain disruptions would cripple OpenAI's ability to train new models and serve its API customers.

There's a principle that keeps proving itself true. If something can be decentralized, it eventually will be. Banking was the first proof. For most of history, sending value across a border meant asking a bank for permission, paying whatever fee they set, and waiting however long they decided. The system worked well for the people it was built for, and everyone else dealt with a tollbooth with no alternative route. Then Bitcoin happened, and DeFi extended it into lending, trading, and yield. The same pattern is now running through AI, and the stakes are higher. The models powering most of the world's AI infrastructure today are closed systems where you interact as a customer, accept the terms, and trust the corporation to tell you the truth about its own product forever, with zero ability to verify. For casual use that's fine. For infrastructure it's a serious problem. @ambient_xyz is the answer. Proof of Logits turns AI inference into cryptographically verifiable work — miners leave a provable fingerprint at each step of the computation, and validators can spot-check any point in that process to confirm the work was done honestly.
