Today, on Memorial Day, we honor the fallen and their families. Their sacrifice and courage in service to our nation will never be forgotten. My Office was proud to gather at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery to honor our military heroes and at Edgewood District Veterans Field in special recognition of those who gave their lives in Vietnam. Our nation is forever grateful.

I talk to the homeless and business owners in Austin and will tell you they did the same thing here! The “sanctuary city” status and back in 2017-2019 was bus after bus coming in from all over Texas and other states.
