There’s a spring-fed pool hidden in the woods near my house.
Most people don’t even know it’s there…
100 yards long. Vintage lifeguard chairs. Old diving board.
The water stays cold, even on 90° days.
Every time I swim there, I’m reminded:
The most important decisions in life aren’t complicated.
They’re just hard.
→ Who you marry
→ Where you live
→ What you do
When those three align, life gets lighter.
I’ve lived out of alignment. Wrong job. Wrong place.
Tried to force things that didn’t fit.
But the view from the right place, with the right people, doing work you believe in…
It’s worth every wrong turn it took to get here.

The first thing I establish when taking on a new team is that I will not tolerate presentations in product reviews. The closer to the work we can get is always better. The furthest away you get is a slide with words. The closest you get is a live prototype with real data.

This month of June proove to be complicated in terms of growth. Shopify app store with no traction, a lot of Store Closed. Who's facing that as well?

You won’t find these on LinkedIn bios, but they should be there:
• Rebounded from burnout
• Took a risk that didn’t pay off (and learned from it)
• Got turned down by 14 companies before landing the right role
• Navigated layoffs and still showed up with empathy
• Supported a teammate through something hard
• Got better at asking for help
• Took time off to heal, reset, or care for someone else
These don’t show up on resumes.
But they shape who you are as a teammate, a leader, a human.
And they matter.
