State and judicial authorities must step in to enforce the court’s ruling and shut down any attempt to sidestep the law. Clerk Lampitt must issue a newly designed, fully lawful ballot for the June election without delay. If she needs help, we can provide it.

Fortunately, there is still time before the June primary election. GGCNJ demands immediate corrective action: Camden County must pull this ballot now and publicly apologize to voters for advancing a non-compliant design.

This is huge symbolic win for progressives in Camden County and a smaller practical win. This gives them control of the Democratic Party in Camden County's biggest town, but only for a year. They were deprived of the last year of control by the lower judge who sided with CCDC
