@airindia AI-129 flight from Mumbai to London is delayed by 8 hours. People are stuck at airport. Your ground staff is clueless and keeps saying 20 mins to make arrangements from last 2-3 hours. This is absolute pathetic and painful experience!!

@preetchopra @GoFirstairways We ended up travelling in a train, had to get tatkaal tickets and 6 hour journey became 32 hour long journey. We failed to meet all the commitments we had. We ask for multiple options like accomodate us to another destination nearby our destination but they just don't care.

@preetchopra @GoFirstairways Yeah. They just keep dragging this and will provide 2 options. Reschedule the flight +- 4days or full refund. What they don't understand is that if a ticket is cancel 12 hours before, it is very very expensive to book tickets with any airlines, even with them as well.

How can you cancel / reschedule the flight just 24 hours before the flight? Worst airline service on India at present @GoFirstairways! #YourComeFirst really?

Extremely disappointed @GoFirstairways Flight G8-320/345 for 14Sept, first canceling the scheduled flight, then re-scheduling with a transit flight (via Kerala) which made a 1 hr journey to 4.5 hrs.And then the audacity of customer care to offer me a 14 hr flight as a solution!

@GoFirstairways @DGCAIndia Please take an action against @GoFirstairways for their unprofessional behaviour. They reschedule/ cancel the flights based on their agenda and let customer suffer the consequences. They cancelled a flight 16 hours before journey and without any intimation.

@GoFirstairways should be renamed to #NeverGoAirways. You guys really know how to harrass your customers. No prior intimation of flight reschedule, and then cancellation. You are really becoming cheap in every sense.
