The American protein craze seems to hinge on a biological misunderstanding.
Yes, muscles are "made of protein." But it doesn't follow that more protein always = bigger muscles.
There is no way to store excess protein in the body, and the more protein we take in beyond what can be used that day, the more is wasted.

The consultants, strategists and ideas will all change as it becomes clearer that we are in the boomer resistance lib era. Politicians who understand this will survive but everyone still moaning about wokeness will look like a fossil. Get busy living or get busy dying.

Broken record but the story of what’s happening politically in America is at these protests. A lot of media had some aversion to this fact bc of 2020 and the easier story of dem strategists and ‘ideas’ but feels like that’s also changing now.

There has been dramatically more protest activity against Trump in his second term compared to this point in his first term. Yesterday's No Kings Day rallies across America mean the number of individual protesters could be higher now, too. Trump is not a strongman. He's weak.
