@virginmedia wow. Virgin media have excelled themselves. I’m out of contract (bigger bundle £46 per month) iv cancelled but asked to have broadband only. This will cost me £66 per month. Are they joking. Now need to find another provider for Monday.

@virginmedia my service is due to be switched off on Sunday. I have been on the chat to ask to extend the end date but told it can’t be done. Is there anyway this can be done?

@HMRCcustomers The issue is that her employer wants her to pay back via bank transfer instead of them doing through her wages. However, this will mean that her tax will not be adjusted accordingly

@giigii74 Good morning Georgina In this case it seems your daughter and employer will need to discuss an arrangement of how to payback the overpayment. As it isn't a tax underpayment, this isn't something she would pay back through her wages via the tax code. There is some guidance 1/2

@HMRCcustomers. My daughter has been told she has been overpaid and has to pay back the money by BACs. Shouldn’t any overpayment be taken direct from her wage to ensure that correct tax is paid?

@HMRCcustomers No. She was spoken to then received an email saying to pay the arrears to her employer via BACS. No mention of her tax.

@SamsungUK my 3 year old Q60 series tv has an intermittent black and blue screen. No sound, no picture. I’ve tried all the reset advice to no avail. Surely it should last longer than 3 years!

@virginmedia My contract was updated on the 11/7/23. However, I am still on a limited service. I have been given a v6 box the same as the last one, although my contract is for the 360 box. I have got limited service, no access to on demand and catch up and have error codes.

@AmazonMusicUK just had an email to say prices are going up by £2 a month for music unlimited. So that’s £16.99 a month on top of my prime membership. Shouldn’t prime members get some discount on music unlimited? #JustSaying
