@DrJN_SportsMed I once went out to the waiting room and called out my patient’s full name. Young guy (somewhat overdressed in a suit) got up and followed me into the treatment room. I started to ask him about his painful knee and he stammered and told me he was here for a Band 5 job interview!

Lesson learnt today - Always state patients surname when calling from waiting room Just spent 15 mins telling ‘Sarah X’ about her PFJ OA Until she tells me she’s not ‘Sarah X’ TBF she now knows a lot more about PFP than 15 mins ago
