@tlschwerz Lots of young talent. And excellent pitching staff mostly. But the repeatedly horrible ABs from our “star” veteran players is inexcusable. Love C4 on defense. Offensively he’s just been downright bad. I hope you’re right. But this season has been disappointing thus far.

@LetsTalk_Twins I like the longer games. Something about the slow pace of the game makes the intense moments more intense and let’s you enjoy the atmosphere of the game in the less intense times. Not fully against a clock. But 20 seconds would be better.

Time of game for Padres-Mariners: 2 hours, 29 minutes. Time of game for Rangers-Royals: 2 hours, 33 minutes. This is spring training and a minuscule sample. But it's hard to understate how drastically the pitch clock is going to change baseball.

@tlschwerz I think Kep is still definitely their best trade chip if they can get anything of value for him. But in the event they keep him, I’m interested to see him bat against an infield without a shift. I think his numbers go up significantly this year…regardless of where he ends up.
