I'm aware a few people bring illness on themselves when travelling & wouldn't expect staff to have to cater for them, but this didn't seem likely given this was a child going on holiday with his parents and brother. Can you tell me what should have happened & why it didn't? 6 end

I understand that the facilities are only for staff, but it seemed the staff were adding insult to injury when they sent the poor mother to wash her hands a 10 min walk away, after she had cleaned the floor of the restaurant. 5

@PizzaExpress I was at your Gatwick South restaurant at 10am, enjoying breakfast when a young diner on the next table was unwell & vomited on the floor. Unfortunate, but illness happens. What shocked me was the reaction of the staff & how they responded to the situation. A 🧵 1/

The longest sentence handed down to a violent racist rioter this week is shorter than the sentences imposed on entirely peaceful environmental protesters last month. Labour must repeal the Tory laws that treat peaceful protest more severely than violent disorder and assault.

You see this, this is what happens in real life. The bots can't show up on the streets. On the right there (yeah the far right) are the 6 nazis who turned up to cause mayhem. Everyone else is there to stop them. This is England.

@vitt2tsnoc As well as car washes, apparently nail bars are frequently used in this country to monetise modern slavery victims 🥺 I encourage my daughters to use places that take cards, allow you to chat with the staff and which seem reputable and reliable. Tough call though.

Bug bear. My nail place asks for cash only, despite having a card machine. If you don't have cash on you, they send you to the cash point at Tesco Express up the road. THOUGHTS?
