@RealMattLucas 100% agree, cannot believe that it is allowed, and that all the players agreed to it as 1 didnt want to wear it. Shows what they all think as well

I have been verbally abused twice on the way to football matches so far this season. On both occasions I was minding my own business, head down, walking to the ground. I was called 'a fucking queer cunt' by one man and another told me that 'our club doesn't want disgusting gay fans'. If you're a player and that offends you less than wearing a rainbow-coloured armband for a couple of matches, then maybe you're part of the problem.

Just wondering, @metpoliceuk, are you putting up signs like this for folks returning from Syria, say? Or is it only for the Jews?

@cricket_badger The main issue for me is its the wrong sort of punishment for it, I hate slow over rates, however we the public, will not see the best 2 teams in the final, over penalty points.

Hamas raped women. They butchered women. Today is the @UN’s International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. There are still 13 Israeli women being held by Terrorists in tunnels of Gaza; including Naama Levy. The UN is silent.

Earlier this week I finished this massive mural down at Manchester Royal Infirmary in the Peter Mount Building! This mural was loosely Greater Manchester based but also featured staff suggestions based on the areas history, culture and music,

@sequi_simon The United Arab Emirates criminalises same-sex sexual activity between men and between women. The gender expression of trans people is also criminalised. Sentences include a maximum penalty of death. There is evidence of the law being enforced in recent years. Not for all

Dubai is the most ethnically diverse place that I've ever lived in. It is a champion of multiculturalism. So, how does Dubai manage to get it so right whilst the UK and other Western countries get it so wrong? Firstly, Dubai has fostered a culture where there is a high expectation of good behaviour towards all peoples. Secondly, Dubai celebrates diversity of nationality, religion, and culture. One of the first questions you'll be asked in Dubai is: "Where are you from?" And thirdly, Dubai protects the identity, culture, and economic status of its own citizens. Dubai has opened its arms to foreigners, who now largely outnumber Dubai's own citizens. As a foreigner, you can buy property in Dubai, own a business, get married, have children, and even retire. But none of these things give you an automatic right to citizenship. Dubai's population is forecast to grow beyond 5 million by 2030, and over 85% will be foreigners. Dubai's economy will continue to grow faster than most Western economies, benefitting its foreign residents as well as its own citizens. Whilst birds of a feather flock together, Dubai proves that we can all work together successfully when our identity and origin are celebrated rather than denied. Yes, its government puts its own citizens first, but most British people just want their government to put them first, too. After all, isn't that the first responsibility of any government?

Dear film makers. There has NEVER in the history of humankind been a remake that was better than the original. Sit down and read some indie author books from people who have great, unique ideas and no money to get them recognised.

@GSpellchecker And a lot of Police hate it as well, somehow we have descended into the thought Police and the important people don't care. Most want to catch criminals and not waste time and effort policing the internet for rubbish

On 'two-tiered policing'. I broadly support the UK police. They have a very difficult and dangerous job. I'm grateful for them and a lot of the criticism they receive is underserved. However, in recent memory many of us have noticed: 📍The police kneeling for BLM. A protest movement responsible for widespread civil unrest, vandalism and violence which injured many police officers. 📍Police wasting public money to turn their vehicles into rainbow eyesores in service of the alphabet cult. 📍Police and PCSO's knocking on doors in response to gender critical views and social media posts and arresting an autistic kid for saying an officer looked like their "lesbian Nana". All while turning a blind eye to the threats and intimation faced by gender critical women. 📍Or that time police issued threats of prosecution for 'misgendering' a newly convicted rapist. 📍Or the revelations that police were complicit in turning a blind eye to the systematic rape of thousands of kids at the hands of Muslim gangs. 📍 Or when Police expended their time and energy into reassuring an Islamist mob when rumours spread that a school kid had desecrated a Quran. Rather than say, tackling the problem of threatening school children and trying to enforce Islamic blasphemy codes. These are just off the top of my head. I'm sure you can think of many yourselves. You can't pretend these things don't matter and haven't been noticed by the general public, and in turn, destroyed some trust.

@TheWakeninq Because the assistant director of the FBI, knowing that a plot to assassinate Trump, would attend the event and film it, is perhaps one of the dumbest things I have heard in a long time.

@Salwan_Momika1 Do not touch people without their consent, an easy concept for most people. This reminds me of the images of Nazi's cutting Jews beards in the 1930's. Its just wrong

Can't wait for this. Palestinian flags will be flying everywhere in HBF Park in Perth 🇵🇸. And they can't ban them 🤣. Likewise I'm confused how we are playing a country that our government doesn't even recognise? Is this Socceroos v Nobody? 🤔 It's all very confusing yes.

June is #Pride month 🏳️‍🌈 Tel Aviv usually has one of the largest pride parades in the world, but this year is obviously different. This year, you will notice a modified pride flag, with a large yellow stripe. Yellow represents the hostages, who were kidnapped by Hamas on October 7th and have been held in Gaza for 8 months. So this year, we honor them with this flag. #BringThemHome ❤️🧡🎗️💚💙💜

@GSpellchecker They are starting to show their true hatred of the Jews, quoting Hitler and doing the Nazi salute. How the education system and society has failed.

Remember when "Nazis turn up at your events" was enough for the left to instantly dismiss an entire movement as "far-right"?
