So they can’t even make it to Manchester now @AndyBurnhamGM . Surely the staff onboard knew this service was due to go through to Manchester when we left London!?

As a regular business traveler between Manchester and London, I have to say the current @AvantiWestCoast service is a disgrace. Not only has it been reduced to a once an hour service, but tonight’s 18:20 from Euston has just been told enroute it is terminating at Stockport.
