Ordered from @JustEatUK yesterday. A drink spilled on every item we had. Just eat said they can't refund me and didn't even ask for proof. I even reordered from somewhere else on it cuz I couldn't get the original discount for the original order again. Can @LloydsBank refund it?

Ordered kfc through justeat earlier, never got my delivery, delivery instructions were not followed and i was never called, when i checked the app it said my food was delivered but it clearly wasn't. Thanks for stealing my food and refusing to refund me @JustEatUK.
