@zafarabbaszaidi @DeepikaBhardwaj If the tenant can rent a 4bhk in Gurgaon, then he can surely afford to pay rent. If he cannot, he's free to move out to a cheaper place. Just because her uncle owns a 4bhk doesn't mean he can afford to do charity. If the tenant has financial problems he can speak to the owner.

My uncle has rented out his house to a person who runs his own business in Gurgaon. He's refusing to pay two months rent saying he has no earning because of lockdown, sent an email flatly refusing to pay anything. It's a 4bhk so goes w/t saying family is well to do Is this fair?

Modi should have announced broad outline of a plan for the country to survive in next 21 days. I am disappointed that he repeated his message again& again but gave no roadmap to the nation, how to survive next 21 days. Now there will be confusion & Panick. Unfortunate
