@themichaelcaine Labour won a mandate to govern at the last general election. The electorate can vote them out at the next general election. Just like a deeply unpopular Conservative government had a mandate last time round. Pretty simple really.

Northfield Road W13 Pavement parking is illegal in London. Fact. So how is it, that @EalingCouncil choose to ignore every illegally parked vehicle on this road daily? Maybe they don't know this road exists? That's the only reason I can think of why they constantly fail to act?
