3 years after buying a @start9labs , problem after problem. Finally gave up. Support can’t help either. Do not get one, regardless what the influencers say (they get paid to promote it). Stick to @umbrel home. Thai me later!

@PeterMcCormack @trussliz @trussliz is 'damaged goods', 'shop soiled' and a toxic brand. Aligning yourself with her is strategically a bad move and will damage credibility for what it is that you represent and are striving to achieve. She needs to be consigned to the scrap heap.

So let me get this straight. Suicide of a Nation is the No.1 paperback in the UK according to the Sunday Times. Yet many bookstores cannot seem to find space for it on their shelves. Strange. Because those same stores have entire shelves dedicated to LGBTQ+ titles like this. If woke bookshops genuinely reflected the mood of the nation they would be promoting the No.1 book in the country.

It’s hilarious how Democrats have selective memory and selective outrage. They even had an “Obama ’08 Messiah” poster. 😂😭😂

Reform isn't just a party - it's a business empire with unprecedented financial links to crypto and media. To many, this is fine: a new party with a new power base. To others, it's illiberal democracy in the making. At very least, we need the debate:- thetimes.com/comment/column…

@btc_overflow @Cheshire_Cap Probably right. Which is ironic/counterproductive considering it would foster long term investment vs trading

STRC went ex-div today, paying 96c to all participants who were long into yesterday's close. Similar to the XYZ oil perp oracle rolls, this price dynamic has been much better understood since even last month. Because preferred shares issue discrete dividends and don't accrue daily like bonds, if the product is priced inefficiently, there is no reason to hold for the rest of the month. The incentives are to come in right before the dividend is paid, collect the 96c payment, and then sell the shares back to the market for a (hopefully) smaller loss. The volume on April 14 alone was more than what we saw for the entire prior week (Apr 6 - 10). IMHO, this represents mercenary capital crowding into the product after seeing the price reaction over the past 3 months--an average drop of ~20c, much smaller than the 90+c dividend. The bulk of this capital will likely unwind and try for the same trade again next month, exaggerating the vola of STRC in the meantime. Given the relative size of this cohort's contribution this time around, I expect it will take a few days longer for STRC to repeg to par again than it has in previous months. The chunkiness of this behaviour is suboptimal both for Saylor, who gets frontrun on his BTC purchases, as well as for the product itself. While STRC becomes incredibly liquid the ~week ahead of ex-div, trading billions in a 1c range, it creates a dead zone in the 2-3 weeks after ex-div in which spreads widen, volume falls, and the product trades substantially off-peg. Hence, I believe @saylor will look to either adjust STRC's dividend frequency or introduce a new, more junior product that pays weekly in the next few quarters. Good luck out there.

Will the looming BBC cuts signal the end of the BBC Scotland digital channel? It has cost licence-payers more than £200million since its launch.

Scotland once led the world in engineering, but under the SNP we’re lagging behind. We will improve core connections, dualling the A9, fixing the SNP’s ferries fiasco for good and driving progress on major projects such as tunnels for Shetland.

John Swinney thinks this wholemeal bread is overpriced at 55p . How will he lower the price at the supermarket ? Will he also enforce his mega-low prices at Abdul's mini-market round the scheme ? 🤔🤔🤔
