You called me a racist in the Commons - and refused to withdraw. You said the “Islamophobia” definition would not be used to silence discussion of religion - you lied. You said defining “Islamophobia” would not be conflated with racism - yet that's what you did. You're right - when people speak, they reveal who they really are.

Complain about British Muslims praying in Trafalgar Square — stay a Tory Shadow Minister. Complain about Badenoch’s disregard for human rights and climate change — lose the Tory whip. When people show you who they are, believe them. x.com/jasongroves1/s…

I voted against Labour’s Immigration Bill tonight. It’s yet another sham. Where’s leaving the ECHR? Where’s blocking every made up legal claim? Where’s detaining and deporting every illegal migrant so they aren’t in bedsits on your street? Where’s the power to send them back home, to places like Afghanistan if needs be? Nowhere to be seen. Where’s blocking the Boriswave from getting Indefinite Leave to Remain and bankrupting Britain with their benefits and social housing? That’s being dropped by the sound of things. It’s just another performative farce, like the Sunak Rwanda Bill I resigned over. Labour are the party of open borders. Have been under Starmer, will be under Burnham. The Tories haven’t changed. They’re still stuffed to the rafters with people who should be in the Lib Dems. Trust me, I know them. They won’t do any of these things. They didn’t even vote against the Bill tonight. Only Reform will secure our borders and put the British people first.

The country needs to see radical and ruthless action like this to regain trust. The 2019 win and previous was built on immense trust and was totally thrown away. We cannot afford a Tory party that does that again, despite best intentions. @KemiBadenoch isn’t the problem. The Tory back benches are. This country is crying out to go back to pure blood conservatism. At the moment - Reform still is the only viable option. No more broad church - it’s down to Kemi to drain the swamp.

I was talking to Kemi for years before Rishi called an earlier than expected election. She was pushed back constantly by liberal tories, & she was ready as equalities minister to clarify the Equality Act, stressing sex meant biological sex, but was thwarted by the early call. I trust her to revamp the party, mean what she says, & be the strong leader we need.

Should any of the women's organisations targeted by @AmnestyUK's recent 'anti-rights' blacklist wish to take legal action, applications can be made to the JK Rowling Women's Fund. jkrwf.org

Whilst I understand the detriment to Beira’s Place is real, and focussing on @jk_rowling get clicks it’s a shame that mainstream press coverage of the Amnesty debacle is not also focussing on us smaller groups listed who do not have the same power or influence to defend ourselves

I hate to tell men this but The women dressed provocatively in the gym do want attention They are only upset when it comes from the guy they didn’t want it from That’s why the reaction is what it is It’s not your fault for noticing And yes, they will continue to deny this.

Good. Time for the conservatives to be conservative… the party of a smaller, more efficient state, to inspire, not pull down to the lowest denominator, with support to go to work, making working pay, to encourage contributing & growing the economy, enabling growth, with it national pride & hopefully prosperity (in a perfect world anyway). Rewarding hard work & creating resilience. Strong Defence, & my pet project ‘prevention over cure’ so we have a healthier happier nation saving money for the nhs

Kemi Badenoch is right, and the drama queens should now be silent. You cannot expect to become a Conservative MP while refusing to uphold conservatism. It’s like signing for one football club, backing its rivals, then expecting to be picked for the first team.

Out of interest Freddie, and apologies if this is a dumb question… The collation of data, will it have a retrospective aspect? So if you have everything in cold storage at the point at which this might become real, will there still be traceability (other than a record of you being an exchange customer and therefore an ‘inference’ you have been engaging in Bitcoin activity). Thanks.

DAC8 and the cryptoasset reporting framework; both equally dangerous. The amount of personal and transaction data that will be gathered and shared is truly staggering. This won’t just be shared with your domestic tax authorities, but with others across the globe. It will include your name, address, date of birth, amount of Bitcoin held or sold or transferred. This is a highly dangerous level of intrusion into your personal and private life, particularly given the increasing frequency of data breaches (examples in our paper) and also the risk of violent physical attacks against Bitcoiners whose details are leaked to or obtained by bad actors. Additionally, the UK’s new draft regulations fail to make clear that none of these reporting requirements will fall upon the developers of free and open source software, as such persons cannot be in a position to comply. @bitcoinhodlco has given evidence in Parliamentary committee opposing this heavy handed and dangerous regulation and will continue to argue for a proportionate way forward, minimizing the risks to individuals. Good for @BULLBITCOIN_ and @francispouliot_ in taking up this fight.

BULL is challenging in court the EU's dangerous mass surveillance program for crypto users, DAC8. I cannot stand by and do nothing while faceless globalist bureaucrats put the security and privacy of millions of Europeans at risk. We will get DAC8 repealed.

Kemi is definitely cutting through with people round me. We don’t really talk politics in my neighbourhood but a few random chats (not instigated by me) have been people saying they like what they are hearing from Kemi. It’s encouraging.

I believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through Him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation He came down from heaven, and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate, He suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. I believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins, and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen. 🙏🏼

@Councillorsuzie Still a load of Lib Deb disguised as Tory backbenchers. Intention might well be noble and there, but will she be allowed to implement any radical changes in power? I'm not convinced.

🌙🔐 #Midnight architecture: a single smart contract can update two completely separate states at the exact same time a public state, fully visible on-chain to anyone, and a private state, known only to the parties directly involved in the transaction. Here's the clever part: instead of broadcasting the private data itself to prove the transaction is valid, the contract generates a zero-knowledge proof confirming the private update followed the rules correctly. Only that proof gets published alongside the public state change the sensitive inputs never touch the chain. Two ledgers, one contract, one atomic transaction, and nothing leaks. That's what "programmable privacy" actually looks like under the hood. ⚡ @MidnightNtwrk #Midnight #Cardano #ZKP #SmartContracts
