@gwiesefarms A month ago when we were comparing. We went with a 10 year fixed. It looked to offer the most attractive rate with the chance to refinance later for a small fee. I’m told rates have already moved up alittle

If you were buying and financing a $1,000,000 farm tomorrow would you: A) variable interest rate at .50% higher B) 5 year interest rate at .50% lower Why?

@BenRand10 I’m not familiar with that one but I’m sure you have been on the south beltway interchange east of Lincoln on hyw 2. That had to be designed by someone who absolutely didn’t care!

The I76/I80 interchange is the dumbest design ever.

@justinfastert Wrong. Make them wear a helmet! I make my grand kids anyway. Our area lost an 8 year old boy a month ago riding in the center seat of a side /side when it tipped over. I can’t imagine the heart break!

Anybody ever heard of big iron no saleing real estate? Rumor is the farms that sold last week got no saled. I always thought big iron auctions were absolute Fwiw i think they brought about what they were worth

Hey @SukupMfg It’s been a year since your reps looked this bin and the screwed up sheets. It’s been several months since I sent in the manufacture stamps on the inside with lot codes. I have heard nothing. Every sheet is effected now with some being screwed up since day 1.

@mocornfarmer When they get down to 7% moisture, You’ll have what we had in south east Nebr last year. They just don’t yield well that way 🤷‍♂️
