Something feels off here...
S&P 500 has gained back *all* of its losses due to war in Iran. After the rally today, the index is within a hair of its record closing high of 6,978.60 on January 27.
Wall Street investors are looking beyond the war already, even though there's no final deal yet. (And we still don't know who will control the Strait of Hormuz when the war does end).
There's still a lot of tail risk.

I did not support Trump’s war of choice against Iran. But now that it’s happened, I hope it results in long-term , credible, verifiable nuclear disarmament for Iran. Not there yet. But assuming talks will eventually continue.

If there is a state with greater scenic beauty than Oregon, I haven’t seen it. Mountains, high desert, Pacific, Hood, Columbia, Portland — it’s just spectacular. I don’t want to spoil anything for residents, but it’s a truly underrated state. I’m lucky to have married into it.
