Agree but does require adequate provision of protection at each Trust. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40382253/ However we’ve resolved this @StockportNHS by engagement with the @SteppingHillMOT governance team! Also ensure pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40382253/ is included in every resident doctor induction!

When I mentioned I'd developed it at least 4 others had also suffered. It turns out most factory workers standing in 1 position is supplied with 'anti fatigue matting'. Who knew?! Can you imagine this in the NHS?!

The response to our announcement has been overwhelming, with an outpouring of support and love for the service. Many people, including current and former patients as well as senior leaders and stakeholders, have shared stories of their experiences with the service and how we have impacted on their health, careers and in many cases saved lives. On behalf of the team, we would like to thank everyone who has shown their support. It has meant so much to all of us. We will keep you updated via our website when we know more, but please know that even if we are relatively silent, there are significant amounts of work going on behind the scenes.
