Je découvre @gnu_texmacs, ce logiciel est absolument incroyable.

I’m looking through my Macintosh user guide (the booklet that accompanied my 1984 Macintosh) for the first time in a while, and I’m a little obsessed with this graphic explaining scrolling.

@neuroblossom TeXmacs remain fully functional also in presentation mode, so all the keybindings retain usual meaning, Esc is already used as modifier. This is the reason for this choice. One could however selectively remap it to work as you intend, if you like to do so.

@gnu_texmacs it seems obscure to me, eg. a natural choice to exit presentation mode might be Escape, i'm imagining if a non tech events person had to end a presentation on stage etc.

can someone explain to me why the shortcut to toggle/exit presentation mode in texmacs is ctrl f9?

i need to understand this. is it some kind of legacy shortcut, or is it engineer brain?
