@mangopay waar blijft de waarborg die nu al meer dan een maand is vrijgeven door @goboony maar nog niet op m’n rekening staat? @goboony ik verwacht hier toch ook van jullie iets meer actie.

@PeterMoyson @mangopay Hallo Peter, onze excuses hiervoor. We hebben je zojuist nog een mail gestuurd met meer info, een uitleg en welke oplossing er nu ligt. We zitten er bovenop, het geld staat nu in ieder geval veilig en wordt absoluut zsm teruggestort.

Dus je wacht al langer dan een maand en hebt al verschillende keren per mail contact opgenomen met vraag wanneer die vrijgelaten waarborg op de rekening zal staan…en dan krijg je dit als antwoord van @Goboony… Of anders gezegd: zoek het zelf maar uit met @mangopay

@BeccieVarney We're extremely sorry to hear this. Our team advised on how you can use your existing travel insurance and provided all documentation. Additionally, we offered to move the booking or provide a full voucher. Unfortunately, we have to follow the cancellation policy on all bookings.

@Goboony would never book with these people again! My partner was diagnosed with cancer on Monday meaning we cannot travel next week as he needs tests! Charged full canx fee no sympathy vile people avoid !!!

2/2: Er is geen vervangend vervoer beschikbaar om ons thuis(Nederland) te brengen (naar het schijnt). De @ANWB heeft het druk en is op zoek naar een huurauto waarmee we naar NL kunnen rijden. Maar volgens de operator kan ook dit nog dagen duren. Zijn een beetje radeloos 😢
