Wildberries is the largest online retailer in Russia, similar to the US Amazon. Unlike Ukraine, Russia does not store weapons in parcels and transport them using civilian logistics like Nova Poshta, the Russian military is very distinct from civilians. Kiev understands this but they are so desperate for PR points. This doesn't hurt the Russian government, rather the private owners and the civilian orders.
