@RossMartinNC I've tried to support him. He's a good Christian, a great recruiter, coaching not so much. Find him a place in the Athletic program that matches his skills. If he can't see his players are gassed and he needs to rest them, that's a problem. And it's shown itself regularly.

It feels like the entire UNC fan base (on Twitter and via text messages) is, for the first time, completely aligned in their feelings on the Hubert Davis regime and what needs to happen. It's reached a fever pitch.

@DassCoool @smalltown_wife No, dogs have a place, it's just not out in stores and restaurants. Well trained or not, leave your dog at the house or have your vehicle so you can leave the dog in the vehicle.

It’s not the dogs. It’s the owners not training them well. If they are not well behaved, train them better or pay for others to or don’t bring them around people. They are pets, not human children and overall, I see human children are better behaved, even the little ones. Many think it’s ok for their dog to just run wild. I like other people’s dogs and I do not have one of my own. I spend my time raising human children.

I am literally so sick of everyone bringing their dogs EVERYWHERE. some lady’s dog just jumped on me in a store and RIPPED MY PANTS. very glad it was me and not my kid walking beside me. @jsasser42 @KeepingItHeel Coach Smith wasn't immediately successful. The student body wanted him fired in 1963, he didn't win his first ACC Regular season and tournament championship until the 1966-67 season. Imagine if we'd let him go in 1963. HD may improve, he may not. Give him time.

@KeepingItHeel Agreed. There’s no one I would rather have on this planet than Hubert Davis as our head basketball coach. But he has to be successful, and that just hasn’t happened to the level of what this program deserves. I so badly want him to succeed for so many reasons, but………….
