@FlyingBrussels As a frequent flyer I’m allowed 2x23kg = 46kg checked luggage. Showed up with 1 bag at 26kg (so still under 46kg total). Airline still charged me €50 cause the ‘benefit only applies if split into 2 bags.’ Pure nonsense. Penalized for not carrying extra luggage 🤦♂️

@netflix I am unable to watch Netflix because I left my account signed in at the hotel I stayed at. I forced sign-out of all devices, still I am unable to start watching at home. It’s very frustrating, I am paying for your service, let me watch what I want where I want!!!

@FlyingBrussels operates as a budget airline but charges premium prices, often using cheapest gates similar to Ryanair (even in its national airport). A €300 one-way ticket doesn’t justify boarding in cold and windy conditions. Disappointing.

@FlyingBrussels your customer support through chat yields different results depending on the agent. This is the transcript of 2 different agents literally 5 minutes apart. First agent just goes and disconnects when I am still connected and asking questions.
