Not possible within 12 hours, especially in a state like WB where the occurrence of malpractice is really high. So, the dates have been kept with proper understanding.

Her comment was based on CBI appeal by & large. Anyways, I'm not saying the judge is cent percent spot on. She may be erroneous too but for ordering the trial to commence another time is a long shot. Records are always examined after having stayed the impugned order first.
