But when the pace difference is so embarrassingly large, the faster driver will always come out ahead at the end of the pit stops. And that’s even with both of Lando’s stops being over 3 seconds today

Feel gutted for Oscar. Had an epic lap 1 and put himself in position to win the race and then had such unfortunate luck with Sainz and then the DNF

@MJ23004 @4unclelala they literally saw the opportunity to overcut him after the sainz incident and did it. When you are in the same team you should have equal rights. Getting hunted by your own team while you are the one leading is just bad. He should leave if he wants to win a title. Agree?

@googson98 @4unclelala I mean the “always” would just be Hun 25, right? Lando lost positions & went with a daring strategy no one expected to work. Today he was begging to try something different, it’s a strategy won race. The team wasn’t going to let him, but they can’t really say no we won’t let you

@MJ23004 @4unclelala Spa 25 would be just another example. Many laps left and Oscar gets Medium and Norris gets hard. the only reason shy he didn’t catch and overtake oscar at that race was because he made al loot of mistakes lap after lap.

@lewdocel The same team who gave Lando a better strategy in multiple races. The team who asked him to move over, give the position back, nut never asks norris for anything. Yep that team should feel bad, for waiting for the right moment to overcut him. How spoiled are you to be the one mad

Asking to know why you are spreading fake news here 😂 Lando had a bad start 2 races ago in ul when Oscar overtook him and then got his wing ruined by an RB. Last year Norris didn’t came back from 100p. he got helped in multiple races to win by a hair.

@googson98 @MattP1Gallagher This is an overdone trope at this point. Excellent has been incredible at the starts in last 20+ races. He has one start where he drops a position whilst trying to defend from multiple drivers and now he’s a bottler? How about coming back from 100 points down to Oscar?

@4unclelala He is mad because he got overcutted by his team. Last year it was the bad excuse that they thought norris is out of the win contention. This year is just “we prefer Norris”.

@MJ23004 @4unclelala He and Oscar fans are mad because Noris always gets “an alternative strategy” when he is the one behind. Never happens when Oscar is the one behind, then is just “let’s mirror the strategy”. Am I wrong?

@4unclelala I genuinely can’t tell what he’s mad at the team at, they kept it annoyingly neutral, lando was the one who changed the strategy for himself

@cytrusf1 This is his first mechanical DNF of the season. Lando has had 2 mechanical DNFs and one caused him to lose an engine and have to take a grid penalty. Both have had 1 mechanical DNS. Yes Oscar was unlucky today and I feel for him but that doesn’t undo the bad luck Lando’s had

@MattP1Gallagher He literally was so slow all race.he never built a 2 second gap in clear air. Clearly has great race craft but raw pace not close to Lando.
