Piastri made a great move in T2. Lando followed behind Oscar for 40 laps and was able to follow VERY close in dirty air Lando lost time after missing T4, but immediately caught back up. Oscar got pit priority but got unlucky; Lando was faster the entire weekend, we have data

But when the pace difference is so embarrassingly large, the faster driver will always come out ahead at the end of the pit stops. And that’s even with both of Lando’s stops being over 3 seconds today

Will never forget one of the most HUMILIATING team radios between teammates ever. Lando managed to outpace Piastri for multiple laps on dead tyres after piastri pitted at a track where the undercut is absolutely massive. One day McLaren will realize who the number 1 driver is 👍

@KodaSai88 @McLarenF1 Huh, Piastri was constantly complaining about his tyres and when the team asked him to up the pace he said he had no pace left, hence they boxed him. If they left them both out they would’ve both got undercut by Hamilton did you not see how close Piastri and Hamilton were???
