@goolworks makes sense to me!!! I wish you well. Kingsfield gameplay certainly seems much more conducive to doing a solo project compared to Morrowind with varying systems and mechanics..

why do so many indie devs like KINGSFIELD.

@Akhilleus_Ilias I’m maybe a bit more inspired by arx fatalis and morrowind, but starting a kings field game and being able to jump immediately into a massive dungeon full of mystery has always been both fun and inspiring to me. I thought I’d give making one a shot! I can see why others did too.

@Akhilleus_Ilias Sorry if you were being rhetorical, but I’m making a field-like, your tweet popped up for me so I thought I’d weigh in. For me, the kings field games are so full of atmosphere and super addicting, but also have so much potential for new ideas.

@Deadfool6969 @MrPrudentialist Obviously it’s more meaningful if they didn’t just have a constitution lying around. That’s obvious to anyone who actively reads or talks with people around them. What value is added to your life by not understanding that?

@titolovesyou I love the combat in Morrowind, the numbers reflecting your characters ability (rather than player skill) makes the game feel so much more immersive and deep
