We're not Mormons. We're members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. In regard to Satan, whose son is he? He didn't just create himself. He is a son of God too and rebelled just as many on earth rebel and follow him. By choice, many on earth are just as demonic as satan is. In regard to becoming a god, I have no desire to do so. Whatever I eventually become will be in God's hands, not my own. With that being said, you may consider just two or three of the following Biblical verses: 34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; 36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? John 10:34-36 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. Psalm 82:6 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. How would you feel if someone came along and took every single tenet of your thousands year old faith, trashed it, changed it, made another gospel, took God and made made their Savior the brother of the devil, say they themselves can become gods, then called itself the only true Christian church on the planet? You Meghan Markled our faith and then demanded to be the new “authentic” Queen. It’s a lie and we simply call it like it is. Mormonism never was and never could be Christian. Christianity is monotheistic. Mormonism is polytheistic.

Dear Senator Cornyn, I approached you respectfully at the airport, extending my hand & introducing myself. We were at the ticket gate with literally dozens of witnesses — passengers inches away. Despite a quib reply back from you, I kept things professional & focused on the SAVE America Act. While I respect that you say you want to ensure wins this November, I speak for millions when I say that voters will be more likely to vote upon the passage of the SAVE America Act. Voters see what’s happening in California & wonder why our Senate isn’t doing everything in its power to secure our elections. Did you know that former Congresswoman Michelle Steel (R-CA) lost by 653 votes in 2024? Did you know that former Congressman John Duarte (R-CA) lost by 187 votes? I have no doubt that the SAVE America Act would have prevented these losses. Why are we normalizing an expectation for California to count votes for weeks after Election Day — like Spencer Pratt’s election. In North Carolina, the State Board of Elections found 34,000 dead voters on the voter rolls — fact-check me. (CC: Senator Tillis) How can Americans have confidence in our elections & how are Americans going to be inspired to vote if you don’t legislate as the majority? Last — & I mean this with the utmost of respect — for the $150 million that was spent on the Texas Senate primary/runoff, we could have built massive voter registration/get out the vote operations in every single swing state. While I understand it might be difficult to contemplate an American citizen doing this work because it’s the right thing to do, I’m proud to say that I don’t take PAC $ — not even from my own organization. I can’t be bought, which frustrates the political establishment. My one singular mission is doing right by the American people and delivering legislative wins that the popular vote delivered in 2024. I’m on the way to the Texas GOP Convention to help ensure all of our Republican candidates win this November — I hope you’ll do the same. Have you ever been physically assaulted while trying to share your Christian faith? I have. And I would bet a TON of the LDS on this app have. Many people on this app talk a big game, but how many of them have been literally physically assaulted while trying to take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world? This app is full of internet warriors who won’t even show their real names. But those boys out there in white shirts and ties are the real deal.

@ThoughtfulSaint No fear from this missionary, and he said nothing to this aggressor just as Christ remained silent prior to being delivered up to the cross. The composure of this missionary was incredible. This incident was probably his greatest sermon.

LDS arent Christian because we believe the trinity consists of 3 separate beings? 32 ¶ But of that day & that hour knoweth no man, no not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. So as 1 being, does 1 portion of its intellect know but the other doesnt?

Okay Jesus Christ is God of the Old Testament He is the Lord, Savior, and Redeemer of the New Testament He lived a sinless life He performed countless miracles—raising the dead, turning water into wine, and feeding thousands with a few loaves and fishes He suffered in Gethsemane and later died on the cross He suffered and bled from every pore to pay the price of our sins He was resurrected three days later I know—pure heresy, right?

Given the vast theological differences between Mormonism and every Christian denomination, the burden here should be on the Mormons to argue why any reasonable person should categorize Mormonism as simply another Christian denomination.

Come on... You know the real differences, Senator. I am losing all respect for you the longer you pretend to be ignorant like this. It's not just these or the fact that Mormons think the Holy Spirit is an independent god but this is a good place to start. People can ask @Grok what are the main differences between Mormons and Christians? It's actually really easy to learn about what Mormons believe. I know quite a few personally so I have had many opportunities to just talk with them myself. I have to say, they are usually way more honest than you're been the last few days.

New firsthand, contemporaneous sources are coming out that show that Joseph fought polygamy. He was not a polygamist. All sources that claim he was a polygamist are second and third had sources that came out one or two decades after his martyrdom. Also, Joseph has no children with any other women than his wife, Emma. You should probably wait to the afterlife to make your judgments against him. Also, a true Christian would never tell another Christian that they were not Christian. The Lord Himself said, "Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged" Matthew 7: 1-2. Also, Christ was referred to as "Beelzebub, the prince of the devils" (Matthew 12:24) by the critics of His day. The same happens today concerning my religion. We are terribly misrepresented by our critics.

You are proving your Mormon beliefs to be as crazy as suspected. The Bible makes it very clear that the Father and the Son have a very special relationship.

Read the Book of Mormon. Cover to cover. Pray about it, asking sincerely to know whether it’s true (the final chapter provides specific guidance on this point). Then tell me whether Latter-day Saints believe in Jesus Christ. Will you accept that challenge?
