ప్రభుత్వ హాస్పిటళ్లలో డాక్టర్లు, నర్సింగ్ ఆఫీసర్లు సహా అవసరమైన అన్నిరకాల పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేస్తున్నామని ఆరోగ్యశాఖ మంత్రి దామోదర్ రాజనర్సింహ తెలిపారు. ఈ రెండు సంవత్సరాల్లో సుమారు 10 వేల పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేశామని, మరో 7 వేలకుపైగా పోస్టుల రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ ప్రక్రియ చివరి దశలో ఉందని మంత్రి వెల్లడించారు. ఈ మేరకు ప్రభుత్వ హాస్పిటళ్లో డాక్టర్లు, సిబ్బందికి సంబంధించి శాసనమండలిలో సభ్యులు అడిగిన ప్రశ్నలకు మంత్రి సమాధానం ఇచ్చారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఒకేసారి భారీ సంఖ్యలో మెడికల్ కాలేజీలు పెరిగాయని, దీంతో కాలేజీల్లో డాక్టర్ల కొరత ఏర్పడిందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. నేషనల్ మెడికల్ కమిషన్ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం అసోసియేట్ ప్రొఫెసర్, ప్రొఫెసర్ పోస్టులకు అర్హత కలిగిన డాక్టర్లు లేకపోవడం వలన, ఆయా పోస్టుల భర్తీ ఇబ్బందిగా మారిందని మంత్రి వివరించారు. తమ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన తర్వాత మెడికల్ కాలేజీల్లో 1200 టీచింగ్ పోస్టులను కాంట్రాక్ట్‌ పద్ధతిలో భర్తీ చేశామని, రెగ్యులర్ బేసిస్‌లో 607 అసిస్టెంట్ ప్రొఫెసర్ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి నోటిఫికేషన్ ఇచ్చామని, ఏప్రిల్‌లో భర్తీ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి అవుతుందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. తెలంగాణ వైద్య విధాన పరిషత్ హాస్పిటళ్లలో 1616 స్పెషలిస్ట్ డాక్టర్ పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేస్తున్నామని, ఈ పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియ కూడా మరో నెల రోజుల్లో పూర్తి అవుతుందన్నారు. ఇప్పటికే 7 వేలకుపైగా నర్సింగ్ ఆఫీసర్ పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేశామని, మరో 2312 పోస్టుల భర్తీ ప్రక్రియ ఏప్రిల్‌లో పూర్తి అవుతుందని మంత్రి వెల్లడించారు. గత రెండేళ్లలో కలిపి 1500లకు పైగా ల్యాబ్ టెక్నీషియన్ పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేశామని తెలిపారు. దాదాపు అన్ని రకాల పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేస్తున్నామని మంత్రి వివరించారు. ప్రభుత్వ హాస్పిటళ్లలో పేదలకు మెరుగైన వైద్య సేవలు అందించడమే లక్ష్యంగా తమ ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ హాస్పిటళ్లలో ప్రైవేటు మెడికల్ షాపులపై మండలిలో సభ్యులు ప్రశ్నించగా.. తాము అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక ప్రైవేటు షాపులకు పర్మిషన్లు ఇవ్వలేదని, అప్పటికే ఉన్న వాటిని సైతం తొలగించేందుకు ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నామని మంత్రి వెల్లడించారు. కోర్టు నుంచి స్టే ఆర్డర్లు తెచ్చుకుని కొన్ని షాపులు కొనసాగుతున్నాయని, కోర్టు నుంచి అనుమతి రాగానే వాటిని కూడా తొలగిస్తామని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. ప్రజలకు తక్కువ ధరలో మెడిసిన్ అందించే విధంగా, జనరిక్ మెడికల్ షాపులను ప్రోత్సహిస్తామని మంత్రి వివరించారు.

‘తెలంగాణ రైజింగ్ స్టార్’ రేవంత్ ఎక్కడ?సొంత పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యే మందుల సామేల్‌ పై దాడి జరిగినా.. కనీసం స్పందించని సీయం ఇక తెలంగాణ ప్రజలను ఏం రక్షిస్తడు ? మందుల సామేల్ గారు బహిరంగంగా ఒక కులం సంప్రదాయాలను ఉద్దేశించి మాట్లాడాల్సింది కాదు. గతంలో షాద్ నగర్ కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే శంకర్ కూడా ఇలాగే మాట్లాడారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ కూడా ఎన్నో సార్లు కులాలను కించపరిచే విధంగా మాట్లాడారు. ఇది కరెక్ట్ కాదు. ఇది సీయం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారు తెచ్చిన నయా సంస్కృతి. కానీ… ఎమ్మెల్యే సామేల్ గారు పొరపాటయిందని, నోరు జారిందని వివరణ ఇచ్చినా సరే... ఆగకుండా కేంద్ర హోం శాఖ సహాయమంత్రి బండి సంజయ్ తన రౌడీ మూకలతో (BJYM శ్రేణులు) ఎమ్మెల్యే ఇంటిపై కోడిగుడ్ల దాడి చేయించడం ఎంత దారుణం, ఎంత పైశాచికం! హోం మంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి గారికి తెలవకుండానే ఈ దాడి జరిగుంటదా? ఒక అధికార పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యేకే రక్షణ లేకపోతే... ఇక సామాన్య ప్రజల సంగతేమిటి? భారతదేశంలో అన్ని మతాలు సమానమే... కానీ దళితుడు, క్రిస్టియన్ అని ఒక ఎమ్మెల్యేను టార్గెట్ చేసి బూతులు తిడుతూ పాశవికంగా దాడి చేయడం హేయమైన చర్య. రానున్న రోజుల్లో ఈ మూర్ఖపు బీజేపీ వల్ల ఇంకెలాంటి పరిస్థితులు తీసుకొస్తాయో ఊహించుకోండి. ఇలాంటి అరాచకాలకు అడ్డుకట్ట వేయలేని సీఎం-హోంమంత్రి వెంటనే రాజీనామా చేయాలి.

Sorry for coming back on this painful photograph again. This is not going to be erased from Indian memory that easily. @RahulGandhi ji - is this what your #BharatJodoYatra for??? The person who is sitting on the extreme left on a tiny bench is none other than hon’ble Dy CM of Telangana, Mr Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka ji. He is the product of Hyderabad Central University and a senior legislator with spotless track record. Being Dalit seems to be the only sin he has committed. All others who are sitting on the chairs are hon’ble CM Revanth Reddy ji and Mrs Revanth garu, hon,ble cabinet ministers Mr Uttam Reddy garu and Mr Komati Reddy garu who belong to dominant community. One doesn’t have to be a rocket scientist to understand why Dy CM who should be sitting next to CM in the order of protocol. This is all because of deep rooted discrimination. If it is not, then: 1. CM could have asked his ‘grab all’ minister colleagues to offer their chairs to Dy CM 2. Senior Cabinet Ministers could have offered their seats to Dy CM to avoid embarrassment. 3. District Collector Yadadri or Executive Officer Yadadri Temple could have arranged more chairs sensing the situation before hand keeping the protocol issues in mind. All the above things won’t happen because of deep rooted bigoted mindset. Now and then it raises its ugly head by default. You can’t notice it oftentimes, sadly. Mr Revanth garu, if you have any sensitivity towards human dignity, you will come out open on this sordid episode and take action on the culprits on this gross violation of protocol which happened in the most sacred place. Or resign to your post. Or we demand that @kharge take action on their CM in Telangana.
