@PaulRBerg Pretty much already possible, or even writing a small tool for you from scratch. I’ve done this twice now, one was a custom blood lab dashboard and the other was a custom Spanish flash card trainer app. For Github you could use ‘Refined Github’ as a starting point.

One day, LLMs might make it possible to “fork” software products to your own needs. e.g. GitHub missing a UI feature you want? Prompt an AI agent in the browser, have it add the feature, then use your own custom version of GitHub.

@JEverettLearned @sweatystartup Come on Joseph, gossiping and insults is not very masculine. Standing up for someone who has the mob against him on the other hand is.

Peter Attia is really suffering now. I feel for him. What is happening to him is one of the most brutal things that can happen to you on the planet. I was publically humiliated a few years ago. An extortionist here on X using an anon domain made up stories about how I’m a fraud and was headed for bankruptcy. That I was a scammer. My businesses were underperforming but I wasn’t headed for bankruptcy. The posts got millions of views. People approaching me in public about it. Everyone I know murmuring about the rumors me. It went on for months. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. It is wild how people really pile on and kick a man when he is down. My theory is that they feel better personally when bringing people down. They feel righteous and it gives them status among the other folks doing the same thing. Even though many of them live messy lives and have made their own mistakes in the past. Living with their own level of shame. I’m a fan of Attia’s and I wish him the best. He’s had a massive positive influence on my life and my family and anyone who has benefited from my own writing about my health journey. He’ll be back.

Biggest misconception about longevity is that you are wasting time by not enjoying life. All the protocols that actually move the needle (mostly exercise) might initially suck but then you start to enjoy them and even more so how much better your life in the here and now becomes.

Pursuing longevity forces you to spend all your time engaged in boring and inhuman practices thereby wasting the very thing you're extending, and that's so poetic and beautiful to me.

‘If you are an elite athlete trying to win the Tour de France or break a powerlifting world record, you may have to give some consideration to the tradeoff between fiber size and aerobic capacity. But for the rest of us, we have plenty of room to add endurance capacity and increase muscle fiber size at the same time. [..] It is also important to note that this dynamic applies to individual muscle fibers. Entire muscles will be composed of a variety of diverse types of muscles, and your body will adapt to training with the creation of an appropriate mix of muscle fiber types. Thus, on the level of the whole muscle, you can grow in strength while retaining high aerobic capacity, even if a tradeoff exists at the level of any specific muscle fiber.’

Thanks for the interest, Jon 🙏 Doing final edits at the moment. Print version should be available for purchase early 2026. In the meantime, early release chapters are available via the link in my bio 🙏

@Alan_Couzens Hi Alan, maybe you’ve said this but when do you think your full book might be available for purchase?

Some tourist maths: 15k tickets were sold out for Devconnect. Let's assume only 2,000 travel down here from across the world. 1. They buy 2,000 flight tickets from Argentinian (or connecting) airlines. 2. They each book 2,000 hotel rooms / apartments / Airbnb 3. They spend on food for at least 1-week. 4. Miscellaneous expenses on clothes, massage, etc. Guess where all of these money is going back to just bcos the Argentina Govt agreed to ease out visa issues? Nigeria needs to learn a lot.

Being asked if you're above 21 years at 34 hits differently, especially if its only due to one product having small amounts of hemp extract (zero THC) in it. 🥲
