@RepDavid Then why don't you introduce a bill for Congress to pay back the over 2 trillion dollars you have stolen from Social Security and Medicare?

My little Matthew is 3. This country needs 104% of his lifetime earnings just to cover promises Washington already made. In less than 6.5 years, the Social Security trust fund is empty. In less than 6.5 years, the Medicare trust fund is empty. We will double poverty of seniors. That is the morality of this place now.

@RogerMarshallMD Why do you care if this is a win for Kansas farmers? How does it affect Florida farmers? That is what really concerns you.

.@POTUS announces an update to the renewable fuel standards for 2026-2027: "We'll now be requiring the highest volumes of renewable fuels in history... these new standards will generate over $10B of rural economic benefit, create an estimated 100,000 new jobs..."

@RepNancyMace I don't believe we have an election integrity problem. My problem with what is being discussed is that if you are a citizen of America, you have no business voting in an election unless you receive an invitation.

Our entire democracy is at risk if we do not protect the integrity of American elections. Voting is a right reserved for American citizens. If you are not a citizen, you have no business voting in our elections. This is common sense and over 80 percent of Americans agree. Pass the Save America Act.

@RepNancyMace That is a true statement, and don't forget our DOJ is tolerant of pedophiles if they are also rich and powerful.

So far, the Epstein files have exposed one thing clearly: in this country, the rich and powerful play by a completely different set of rules.

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Speaker Johnson is FURIOUS right now, literally red in the face because he's so upset Democrats are destroying the lives of TSA agents He just slammed the podium and STORMED OFF! "We cannot BELIEVE it's come to that, but it has!" "More people HARMED by criminal, illegal aliens than are being PROTECTED by the Democrat Party. AND WE'RE SICK OF IT!" "Only one party on the Hill is willing to FUND all of the security and safety of the American people." "It's VERY sad that Democrats are not interested in doing that!" "IT IS SHAMEFUL." "There is no way for them to defend this to the American people. And breaking it out is, I think it puts an exclamation point on what they've tried to do here. It's shameful!" "SO many people have been through SO many hardships because of this NONSENSE. And what we're concerned about is people may actually be HURT!" @SpeakerJohnson

@JamesTate121 This would be an easy fix, but Congress is too busy taking vacations to try to fix anything, especially if it will benefit the average American citizen. Give the American people the same retirement and healthcare that Congress has.

If all politicians had to go on Social Security at 65 instead of a lifetime pension, they would fix Social Security in one day!

Since I had to show my birth certificate to obtain a Real ID, why can't a Real ID be used for a voter ID? I suppose next we will have to supply our elementary school report cards and all our school photos.

I guess we can see what is important to Moses Johnson and the House of Representatives. Giving the people of the TSA a paycheck or taking a vacation. It just shows how little our Congress cares about the American people.

As has been said on X you need an ID to buy groceries and an ID to buy gasoline. My driver's license works for both, although I've never had to show an ID to buy either. So why can't my Real ID driver's license work to vote?

@MAGAVoice Pay the TSA agents, you slimy scumbags in Congress!! These are people you employ, and you still get full salary and benefits, and are going on a two-week break. ICE officers are getting paid to walk around.

There are not enough bad words for me to use to express how I feel about our Congress. What you're doing to the TSA agents should be considered a crime. I hope they all quit, and you're going on a two-week vacation. It shows how much you care about the American people.

@Philip_Sarnecki Governor Kelly saved our state from Sam Brownbackwards ridiculous tax experiment. How could anyone think that if our state took in no tax revenue, we would have more money in the bank? She did what had to be done.

In 2023, Kansas was the 8th most moved-out-of state in the country. Forty-four percent of the people leaving said the same thing: they left the state to find a job. This is unacceptable. Over-regulation. Over-taxation. Overspending has caused this. Laura Kelly and the career politicians have failed to build an environment to help create jobs and start new businesses. As your Governor, I will cut taxes, shred red tape, and help business-owners and entrepreneurs bring the kind of jobs that keep our kids right here in Kansas. Let’s turn our state around.

@CoachClintRider I agree with you, totally Clint. Other people will start working with our high school athletes. We need to keep politicians out of athletics. Most of them don’t know if a ball is blown up or stuffed.

Not sure how many HS coaches & admins are even aware of this. I’m not sure the legislature understands the ripple effect this will have on high schools in larger districts/populations. The voids won’t create rest, it will create voids private trainers/club sports will fill.
