Es ist schon Wahnsinn... Da will man 24 Monate Angebot Dings @MagentaTV Smart zu seinem 600/300 Tarif dazubuchen und scheitert gnadenlos. Ich will keinen Tarifwechsel, ich will euch mehr Geld geben @Telekom_hilft .oder ist das wieder nur für komplette Neukunden?

Jahr drei nach Glasfaser Beauftragung bricht an. Jahr zwei nach Glasfaser direkt vorm Haus und Leerrohr im Haus bricht an. @Telekom_hilft Meint ihr, das wird in diesem Jahrzehnt noch was? War ein klasse Move, das in Glasfaser Nordwest auszulagern, so müsst ihr ja nichts machen.

@Telekom_hilft Nun gut, die Bude gehört euch ja zur Hälfte, so ist es nicht ;) Wann fertig? Man weiß es nicht. Telekom meint halt liegt an Glasfaser Nordwest. Glasfaser Nordwest meint 'lol, wissen wir selber nicht.' Schlanke Nummer, wenn 'nur' noch die Faser eingepustet werden muss.

@gorschu In dem Fall hat einfach ein anderer Provider den Zuschlag für den Ausbau erhalten. Durch die Kooperation profitieren auch unsere Kund*innen. Finde ich super. Natürlich schade, dass es sich aktuell so zieht. Wann soll die Fertigstellung denn erfolgen? ^Anne

@RTLplus im Browser lässt einen einfach nur ragen. Von 'y0 dawg, war wohl Fehler' bis ' Dein Gerät ist zu blöd zum Abspielen. Kann zwar sonst alles, aber unseren super content nicht!' sinnlos Fehlermeldung ohne Kontext.

I tried to escape the church of @nixos_org , but then grabbed a laptop I haven't touched in a year. Re-installed with my flake, it came up 100% the way it was before. Off to work two minutes after. Escape failed horribly, some things cannot be unseen.

@castrojo Sure, but that's more like branding and light customization, I can live with that. I wouldn't expect Fedora to strip a password manager of most of its features with upstream up in arms or remove ... bookmarks from Firefox, though.

@castrojo As much as I ❤️ Debian - isn't more like Debian is gonna Debian? I wouldn't expect such a move from e.g. Fedora.

So who at @Canonical decided that shipping this new feature deprived installer in @ubuntu 24.04 was a great idea? Partitioning is a joke.

@azmodude @AeonDesktop The images live in devel:microos:aeon:installer at the moment, so not “internal” But I haven’t figured out how to get OBS to embed the OS image inside the Installer image yet, and the Installer image is under heavy buggy development today The osimage is good enough for a VM tho

The new @AeonDesktop installer is shaping up really nice Just finishing up a module that will detect existing @AeonDesktop / MicroOS installations and offer to backup/restore /home and all user accounts to the installer USB stick before deploying a nice fresh Aeon image
