We are now going on year 4 of the “Benson is going to breakout”. At age 28. With over 1,000 PA under his belt.
The power is loud, no doubt. But my gosh these people just can’t let go. It’s okay to want something more than Will Benson level of players.

The #Reds have needed a power hitting corner outfielder for years now, and have refused to pursue that. Instead they are content with signing infielders and having players play out of position in the outfield.

Before the David Bell groupies come out of the woodwork because he sat at a desk and sent faxes for a team that made the ALCS.
I would like to remind everyone that David Bell had the Reds best roster since 2013 by quite a big margin just for them to completely piss their pants in September and miss the playoffs by 7 games. He sucked ass at his job.

@WoooooTheReds @Reds @MLB Didn’t have to do this for my NLCS and WS tickets in 2012. I would have been pissed if I had to wait that long. Luckily I only bought tickets for 1 of the games this year. It’s crazy that in 2025 it’s now harder to get a refund. Seems like they are hoping people take the credit

Terry Francona kept Littell in to face the righties. The righties take the lead for the Dodgers, and now Lodolo comes in to face the lefties with the Reds down by a run now.
The plan in Game 162 shaped the plan today and pushed Lodolo to the bullpen. He's entering in a high pressure point in the game.

The Reds are seeing Yamamoto well. It feels like they're even having some tough batted ball luck. Littell is back out for the fourth, but Lodolo is throwing in the pen. The Dodgers have some righties coming up (after Muncy up first) until they get to the ninth batter, so Lodolo slots in well when you get to the No. 9 spot and then the turnover to Ohtani.
