This kind of behaviour from Marjorie Taylor Greene is utterly disgraceful and beneath the dignity of any elected official. Her response wasn’t just rude, it was xenophobic, unprofessional, and an outright attack on press freedom and international respect. Dismissing legitimate journalism with such hostility, simply because the reporter is from the UK, reflects a dangerous level of ignorance and arrogance. Leaders should be held to higher standards, ones that demand integrity, respect, and accountability. MTG’s conduct is an embarrassment to her office and an insult to the values of democratic discourse. She is, without question, a national disgrace.
