@ChengaziMD We resisted stocking plugs from an inventory cost standpoint. Glad we eventually did bc case probably saved the hospital a bajillion. I almost always go IJ. How bout you?

Large gastrorenal shunt treated with PARTO in patient who presented with anemia and melena. Thankful that my partners ordered some plugs to have around for cases like these. I can't imagine how many coils this 16mm shunt would have needed! #iRad
