feeling really upset and frustrated so here is my full rant but @TheO2, you REALLY need to listen to disabled people when designing venues. only 0.25% (1 in every 400 seats) are actually accessible to disabled people. in your WHOLE venue. 8% of people in the UK are WC users.

not even price related but actual accessibility for disabled people, they exist and should be given the needs and treatment they deserve. do fucking better dude

.@LiviesHQ i’m a disabled livie who has seen liv every tour & at festivals and the unravelled tour is gonna be the first tour i miss because @TheO2 and @AXS_UK have made it impossible to buy accessible tickets💔💔 i can’t stand or be at the back of sections for my own safety

@crazycleradin @TheO2 LOVE THIS!! i was in general for noah kahan last year and my mum was on the platform and said she had a great time but also mentioned not really being able to go from stage to stage!

@graciesjareau @TheO2 hyde park was great, the only issue i had was it’s a bit difficult to get from stage to stage and also to get food but the platforms and access views are amazing and the access staff have a bar service and stuff. this was my view no zoom from the access section at liv last year

@TheO2 for the olivia rodrigo presale why am i not able to book wheelchair accessible? my nimbus access card has this requirement

@crazycleradin @TheO2 but wembley arena i got told access was ONLY for wheelchair users when accessing merch as i asked security if there was any different ways to queue as i cant stand for that period of time lol

@graciesjareau @TheO2 the access sections for ambulatory people are also nonsense bc they’re at the back of seated sections meaning if people stand up in front of u and you can’t stand ur fucked !!!!
