@UPS_UK in April (6-months) ago, my wife accidentally left her wedding ring in the UK when we’re on holiday from the US. We used @UPS_UK to get the ring shipped back to us. @UPS_UK lost it. And for the last 6-months going back and forth with customer service I have no resolution.

@AskFrontier I was last told by tech support that no one is available until Wednesday to come fix my internet. A week and a half seems like an unacceptable amount of time to let a customer go without services he’s paying for.

@AskFrontier I found the email from Ronald. I stand corrected, my apologies a tech reach out to me Monday and said that there was an outage in Portage. I was notified Tuesday that it was corrected. I was told thurs or fri that there is a break in the outside my house.

@AskFrontier I see an email about my digital security and my bill which isn’t prorated for the week, last month that my email was down. I see no emails from anyone trying to help me resolve my current issues please resend the email, and I will update that I missed it.
