OMG. Alexander Lamar Banks Jr. was arrested in Michigan after he reportedly ran down White family with his car, K*LLING the couple's 3-year-old daughter.
Court documents of the incident describe how Banks then got out of the car with a shotgun and shot the parents. He also brutally assaulted a 72-year-old woman who showed up at the scene.
The mother and father are currently in the hospital in stable condition. The 72-year-old woman is currently in critical condition.
Why isn't this national news???

Two reasons I disengage from Tesla FSD (HW4):
1.) I want FSD to take a diff route than suggested. Potential easy solution in the video: Just let me "draw" the route I wanna take.
2.) The full-stop at stop signs.
I tap the accelerator when using FSD to do a rolling stop which is way more natural. The NHTSA made Tesla do the full-stop thing in 2022 and it's just annoying, especially when driving through a neighborhood with tons of stop signs.
Those seem to be last remaining reasons why I disengage FSD (other than to just drive myself for fun)!

I slightly disagree @kangminlee . If you believe in the principles this country was founded on and are willing to defend them, you are as much an American as any. If you have gone through the process of becoming a citizen and actually adhere to what that means, I would be proud to call you equally a citizen. America is not an ethnicity it is an ideal. We may fall short at times but we are all, always striving for it.

As a Korean immigrant, I love America, her history, traditions, customs, and religion. I am a naturalized American citizen.
Yet it would be prosperous to claim that I am just as or more American than someone who can trace their ancestry back to the Mayflower or Civil War. To say otherwise is patently ridiculous.
Just because foreign immigrants believe in these contrived 21st century liberal dogmas of what truly Americanism is like colorblind meritocracy and pluralism doesn't make them "more American" than Americans whose ancestors build this country. It's such an absurdity, no other country accepts this stupid wordplay with national identity except for Western countries in order to justify the invasion of your own countries.
America is for Americans, period. Everyone else is a guest, and it takes generations to assimilate if it happens at all. There is no magic soil that makes you an American upon entry.
I want America to remain America, and I hate what mass migration and the liberal rewriting of American history and "what American values truly are" is doing to America.
