Satoshi gave us a key, a vision of a world free from the architects of our financial cages. It was a tool, a chance for genuine financial freedom, a decentralized promise whispered in the face of a failing system. We were handed a peer-to-peer electronic cash system, a way to transact without the blessing of the very institutions that had failed us. It wasn't meant to be a speculative game; it was an escape route. But the old ghosts followed us. Our own greed, that insatiable echo of the system we sought to abandon, became the Trojan horse. It shimmered with the promise of lambos and moonshots, and in our avarice, we flung the gates wide open. We invited the predators in, the same institutional players we were meant to render obsolete. They arrived with their sophisticated tools of manipulation, with whale-sized orders designed to shake the weak hands, to orchestrate panics and FOMO-fueled frenzies. And we, the supposed revolutionaries, trembled. We watched the charts they painted, our convictions wavering with every violent swing. Our fear became their feast. One by one, we betrayed the idea. We sold our stake in a new world for the fleeting comfort of the old one, trading digital gold for the paper promises of a corrupt and bankrupt system. We swapped our Bitcoin for worthless fiat, for government I.O.U.s that are backed by nothing more than the word of the same greedy few who have always held the strings. There is no government, not in the way we were taught to believe. There are only competing interests, ravenous for control. And in our weakness, we handed them the reins once more. Crypto, the great equalizer, is contorting into a playground for the rich, a centralized casino where the house always wins. The dream of a decentralized future is fading, co-opted and corrupted by the very forces it was designed to overthrow. We had our freedom in our grasp, and we let it slip through our fingers, defeated not by a tyrannical power, but by the reflection of its greed in our own eyes. We have lost our way, and with it, we have lost our freedom. Once again. #Satoshi #SatoshiNakamoto #Bitcoin #finance #manipulation #crypto #greed

we're starting rollout of GPT-5.5-Cyber, a frontier cybersecurity model, to critical cyber defenders in the next few days. we will work with the entire ecosystem and the government to figure out trusted access for cyber; we want to rapidly help secure companies/infrastructure.

GPT-5.5 is going to have a party for itself. it chose 5/5 at 5:55 pm for the date and time. if you'd like to come, let us know here: luma.com/5.5 codex will help the team pick people from the replies. 5.5 had some good ideas/requests for the party, which we'll do.

I have Claude Code fully integrated into my smart glasses Everywhere I go I am now vibe coding When you are talking to me in real life, I am not paying attention to you. I am nodding, but I have no idea what you are saying. That's because I am silently shipping. I am watching the green lines of the terminal scroll by at all times. I am silently giving commands to my glasses on what to build next. I am reaching record levels of LOC shipped. There are multiple lakes in Michigan that no longer have water in it because of me I am using up my Claude plan faster than anyone else on earth. Nobody can match my velocity. If you are building a competing product, it is over. Give up. Unless you have Claude Code being projected into your cornea at all hours of the day, you simply have no shot. GGs.

Why YouTube is flooded with ai slop content? Because youtube algo can not tell shit if content is quality or not and people that are putting in effort to create quality content with time, money and skill do not reach audiences. And it is 100x faster and cheaper to create ai slop

Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

This is big... Anthropic just announced a model so powerful they won't release it to the public out of fear over the damage it will cause 😨 Claude Mythos Preview found thousands of zero-day exploits in every major operating system and web browser... The numbers are hard to believe: > $50 to find a 27-year-old bug in OpenBSD, one of the most security-hardened operating systems ever built > Under $1,000 to find AND build a fully working remote code execution exploit on FreeBSD that grants unauthenticated root access from anywhere on the internet > Under $2,000 to chain together multiple Linux kernel vulnerabilities into a complete privilege escalation exploit For context: these are the kinds of findings that previously required elite security researchers working for weeks. Anthropic engineers with no formal security training asked Mythos to find exploits overnight. They woke up to working code the next morning. The results were so impressive Anthropic assembled Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, NVIDIA, and seven other organizations into Project Glasswing: A $100M defensive coalition. They're not releasing this model publicly. Instead, they're racing to patch the world's infrastructure before models like this proliferate.

Introducing Project Glasswing: an urgent initiative to help secure the world’s most critical software. It’s powered by our newest frontier model, Claude Mythos Preview, which can find software vulnerabilities better than all but the most skilled humans. anthropic.com/glasswing

@elonmusk Not true. After countries go affluent raising 1 child and subsequent ones raises the cost exponentially up to a point where it's impossible to sustain living of the whole family unless you move to slums. Countries being affluent not necessarily mean people become affluent too.
