This company is a scam, they run extra bills on your bank card when you hire a car with them. They charged me R11000.00 twice and even after providing proof they refuse to acknowledge and refund me my money

I was once charged $2,250 by @GreenMotion over 2 small paint chips on a car they documented in their checkout form had 2 dozen chips already.
When asked to see these chips the agent couldn't even relocate one.
The "damage estimate" called for repainting 4 panels.

Just flew to Miami, delayed for over 3 hours in air because of weather.
Rented a car from @GreenMotion & they canceled our reservation after 2 1/2 hours because I wasn’t able to call them from the plane to tell them about it.
Hope you NEVER work with this company .

@GreenMotion What an experience, get to the Luton desk before 8pm but no one there, phones numbers don’t work, finally get through and someone comes in. Takes from 8 to 10:45 to help the 2 in front of you.Then claims it’s out of hours, pay more or no car,then refused all together

Careful re @GreenMotion car hire at @HamptonByHilton in Luton (or anywhere else). Read the reviews first and use a reputable car hire company instead. Why do @easyJet endorse on their site? Bad business.
