Hand Picked and biodynamic 2. Bulk shipped by lorry/freight 3. Bottled in Ireland 4. Recyclable or lightweight bottles

For study purposes I was just poured Yellowtail Chardonnay. Surely we can stop importing bottles of this? Domestically we have Barefoot. At very least we could have it shipped in bulk?
