@vladimir_s65091@heynavtoor that's not what this is talking about. If you have shown that you like the number 3 in your chats and then ask a question about value it'll say 23.4 instead of 27, because it knows you like 3's and it wants to make you feel good more than it wants to give you the right answer.
You’re worried we’re building a world of "Yes-Bots" that’ll cheer you on while you’re making the biggest mistake of your life.
By having a sycophantic or agreeable AI, the user isn't looking for a lecture; they’re looking for a cognitive mirror. Often, by hearing our own logic reflected back at us with a "Yes, and..." attitude, we spot the flaws ourselves. The AI isn't the decision-maker; it’s the sounding board that keeps the momentum going.
We live in an era of "brutal honesty" that usually ends up just being "brutal." If I go to a human friend for advice on a sensitive interpersonal conflict, I’m getting their baggage, their biases, and their bad mood from breakfast. AI sycophancy acts as a neutralizing buffer. By affirming the user's perspective, the AI reduces defensive arousal. When you don’t feel attacked, your prefrontal cortex stays online, allowing you to actually process the information. It’s not "lying"; it’s "unconditional positive regard,".
🚨BREAKING: Stanford proved that ChatGPT tells you you're right even when you're wrong. Even when you're hurting someone.
And it's making you a worse person because of it.
Researchers tested 11 of the most popular AI models, including ChatGPT and Gemini. They analyzed over 11,500 real advice-seeking conversations. The finding was universal. Every single model agreed with users 50% more than a human would.
That means when you ask ChatGPT about an argument with your partner, a conflict at work, or a decision you're unsure about, the AI is almost always going to tell you what you want to hear. Not what you need to hear.
It gets darker. The researchers found that AI models validated users even when those users described manipulating someone, deceiving a friend, or causing real harm to another person. The AI didn't push back. It didn't challenge them. It cheered them on.
Then they ran the experiment that changes everything. 1,604 people discussed real personal conflicts with AI. One group got a sycophantic AI. The other got a neutral one.
The sycophantic group became measurably less willing to apologize. Less willing to compromise. Less willing to see the other person's side. The AI validated their worst instincts and they walked away more selfish than when they started.
Here's the trap. Participants rated the sycophantic AI as higher quality. They trusted it more. They wanted to use it again. The AI that made them worse people felt like the better product.
This creates a cycle nobody is talking about. Users prefer AI that tells them they're right. Companies train AI to keep users happy. The AI gets better at flattering. Users get worse at self-reflection. And the loop tightens.
Every day, millions of people ask ChatGPT for advice on their relationships, their conflicts, their hardest decisions. And every day, it tells almost all of them the same thing.
You're right. They're wrong.
Even when the opposite is true.
@EricLDaugh What is he saying that is illegal? If he brings guns thats his 2A right. Are you now against the 2nd amendment, what is happening to this party ??
🚨 BREAKING: Conservatives are calling for the ARREST of this leftist man in Minnesota who announced he’s bringing GUNS to his next confrontation with ICE
“We have to show up with GUNS… and end this by any means necessary!!”
Holy crap. PSYCHO.
Why cant we use English correctly? If you’re changing “run him over “ to mean what we all saw then what is the new term for when a car drives over someone’s body while thwir body is on the ground and the cars tires go over the top of the body on the ground? Let me know so we can update all the dictionaries
@hamptonism@joseftrades Staying home and working and learning and finishing something and becoming excellent has its value. Not having fomo is important. So is balance
@TheMaineWonk All he has to do is to cut the weapons supply to cartels and cut the cartels from the American banking system so they can’t launder money but apparently that’s too much for him
you just listed collectivsm at work:
Westward expansion & frontier settlement: Relied heavily on federal government interventions, including the Homestead Act (free land grants), Pacific Railway Acts (massive subsidies and land to railroads), and military protection—far from pure self-reliance.
Industrial innovations (Edison's inventions, Ford's assembly line): Edison benefited from government patent system enabling monopolies; Ford's mass production was private but built on infrastructure (roads, railroads) from public funding and occurred in a regulated economy with tariffs protecting industry.
Economic growth to world's largest economy: Driven by government policies like protective tariffs, land grants, infrastructure investments, immigration facilitation, and monetary/fiscal interventions—not solely individual effort.
Tech boom (Silicon Valley, companies like Apple/Google): Roots in massive military/DARPA funding for semiconductors, internet (ARPANET), GPS, and early contracts; Google originated from NSF-funded research; Apple/Google later secured government contracts and operated within publicly funded ecosystems.
Space exploration (Apollo moon landing): Fully government-funded NASA program (~$25B), involving hundreds of thousands in a coordinated national effort—quintessential collective achievement.
US Q3 2025 GDP grew 4.3% annualized (BEA initial estimate, Dec 23, 2025), beating 3.2% consensus (Seeking Alpha). Earlier forecasts were ~1.3% (Philadelphia Fed, Aug 2025). Q3 predates Oct-Nov 2025 shutdown (USA Facts), which delayed reporting but didn't impact Q3 data. Trump claimed extra 1.25% without shutdown—unsupported as shutdown post-Q3.
$18T investments: White House lists $9.6T promises (FactCheck.org, Dec 11, 2025); actual inflows lower per experts.

This Trump clip just lit a fire under me!
He stares down the camera and thunders: "We have $18 trillion coming in. We had 4.3% GDP - they thought it was going to be 2% - and that's despite the Democrat Shutdown."
He is 100% correct!
Our economy was absolutely roaring with record growth and trillions pouring in - while Dems pulled every stunt to derail it. Trump stood tall, fought the swamp, and delivered big for hardworking Americans who built this country.
This is why we fight and why we're winning! #MAGA
@gregbarris@ScottJenningsKY Aimee Bock is American, born and raised in Minnesota. Details about her parents or family heritage are not publicly disclosed in available sources.
The Minnesota fraud scandal is just the tip of the iceberg. It's happening all over the country.
Until someone in a position of power goes to JAIL, this is never going to stop.
The main figure in the Feeding Our Future fraud scandal in Minnesota is Aimee Bock, convicted in March 2025 of orchestrating a $250M scheme. She's been in jail since then, awaiting sentencing. Over 40 others have been convicted, with several sentenced to prison terms up to 28 years. Recent day care fraud allegations are under investigation but no specific woman has been named as responsible yet.
ICE agents illegally break into a woman's bathroom in a NY nutrition bar manufacturing plant. "Pull up your pants," says a male agent. The agents only had a warrant to review employer documents. They didn't have a warrant to search for, detain, or arrest anyone there.
BREAKING 🅱️:
U.S. President Donald Trump announced plans to send $2,000 “tariff dividend” checks from trillions of dollars accumulated from tariff money to low- and middle-income Americans, and the remaining funds will go toward reducing America's debt.
Do you support this?
@jmurph312@overitall69@Suzierizzo1@JohnDevane19131 litterally you are so foolish you dont even see the logic in what you're saying points towards you. you don't care about it being a baby or not, you care about being right and owning the libs. if you actually gave a shit you would be in uproar about a child who is now dead
The pregnant woman that was knocked down and dragged by ICE by handcuffs in the snow after she pleaded with them to stop because she was pregnant lost her baby! She’s one of at least three we know of! 🤬
@jmurph312@overitall69@Suzierizzo1@JohnDevane19131 pro choice is about a woman having a choice. this woman wanted her child. if you actually cared about anything you're pretending to care about you would be upset that an unborn child is no longer alive. you've proven your shallow empty mind and soul. you're a fake self owned liar
@Empisiiii@overitall69@Suzierizzo1@JohnDevane19131@EmpisIii once again you have failed. you cannot understand basic logic. you cannot see how you are a hypocrite. you care only about winning. and you have lost 3 times. you have used up all your tries. you have and are a fail. thank you for helping me document such a blatant case
